There is NOTHING as sweet as a newborn baby! Their sweet, milky smell and little nuzzling noises accompanied by soft, velveteen skin. Each and every baby I photograph I am amazed and humbled by the magnitude of the awesomeness in such a tiny little package. True Miracles, they so fresh from God. This particular shoot was with Baby Jayden who is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! He is a HAUSS who weighed in at birth at 10 lbs 8 oz!! so he was already chubby & filled out and raring to go. And well, we all know how I LOVE ME A FAT BABY!!! oooooh. I got in some GOOD squeezes this day.

Big Bro, Jesse, who is one of the most incredible kids ever! i cannot wait to see the young man he becomes. & Big Sister Ella who was quick to tell you when Momma was preggo that once Jayden was born she was gonna be able to chew gum cuz she was gonna be a big sister! so CUTE! I LOVE THESE 3 BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING kids!! Way to go Momma;0

Brothers & Sisters at the Minis

two of my fave twins came out for the Mini sessions!! They just turned 3! LOVE this age & are they not adorable!? we had alot of fun

Ah, BOYS!!! As girly girl as I am I LOVE little boys! My 1st born who is about to turn 6 is a little WILD boy and I love being a boy momma. I'll wear my own vintage pettiskirts and always carry antique hankies in my purse but you better believe I am THE best Frog catcher & Bug Hunter and am not grossed out by any critter or creature so I LOVE getting little boys in front of my lens.

Tea Party Minis Part 1

We had a FABULOUS time this year with our Pretty Princesses (& 2 Princes) for our Tea Party Mini sessions. Here's a litle look at some of my fave shots of the day. Man, I LOVE being a GIRL!! & I also would like to throw out there that I have THE most BEAUTIFUL clients!! seriously!

A Sneek Peek of what's to come for Little Photography Shack's Pretty Princess Tea Party Mini Sessions!!! I took my own Little Darling Princess' to test out the location I'll be shooting at & am quite pleased with the results. My sweet sweet Bella Rose & I had a delightful time. I even decided to forgo the bow in a few pics! GASP! to get a more natural feel and really be able to see her LONG Lush Locks & I am super glad I did!! Enjoy & Can't wait to photograph YOUR PRINCESS Tomorrow:)

Better Late than never??

well, to be Honest I just kept hoping Blogging would fall of into the abyss but alas it has continued to grow and in my industry has become an almost MUST so here I am! Don't get me wrong, I am a writer and have always been a huge journaler (is that a word?) and have an immence love for the written word. The thought however, of one more thing to add onto my daily life of wife, mother to a 5 yr old & 2 yr old, 3 dogs, running a business as a professional photographer...etc. etc. etc. It just seemed a little maddening! but, I have a feeling I'm really going to enjoy this. I have always felt Photography is strytelling so what better way to express that story than through a blog!?

So, Welcome, Friends New & Old, Clients Past, Future & Present and those I call Family.
