Tiny Lil Diva...New Newborn Session

Sweet Precious Baby Paiton! Let me tell you...This is tiny little Diva here; she posed for me and she was good as gold but she lets you know who is REALLY in charge! She looooved being outside and sunbathing; I mean seriously loved it. She reminded me of my almost 6 year old babygirl with her olive skin, big brown eyes and gobs of crazy, spiky dark brown hair. And I know we all say babies are nearly blind at this age but I swear to God this baby would move her head when I talked to her and lock eyes with me; so sweet. And she was SO alert and attentive...the only way I got her to sleep was to take her outside otherwise she was WIDE awake and checking out everything. I know most photogs will shudder at the paci in some of these shots but those are honestly some of my faves with her lil fat, tiny hand on her cheek; plus this is a BIG paci baby so that's just part of who she is and that, I believe, has a place in this story;) I hope to post some updated pics of this beautiful babe in a few months! Hint, Hint, MiMi & Momma and Daddy! ha. Enjoy! She's perfect.

FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you know me at all you know I'm OBSESSED & IN LOVE with food. I always say one of THE greatest gifts my Father gave the three of us kids was the exposure & appreciation of fine dining & a wide variety of it & my Mother's greatest gift was the love for cooking, feeding my family & being in the Kitchen. So, it's extremely fitting that my Baby Brother went to Culinary School and at only 22 is an EXECUTIVE CHEF at a HOT NEW restaraunt here in Keller: BISON STATION (located on Olive St. in Downtown Keller) They serve Modern Texas Cuisine with each plate being a GORGEOUS piece of Art. The menu & food are phenominal! Bison Station prides themselves on using LOCAL, SUSTAINABLE Produce & Proteins. My Brother is a HUGE Bison fan obviously and so you absolutely MUST order their renowned Brioche Bison Burger while there or these Bison Stuffed Jalepenos featured here. They serve a special 'Keller Salad' each week using produce from the local Farmer's Market & a special Grilled cheese each week as well; think: Brie, Sliced Pear & Jalepeno Jelly on fresh homemade bread; Definitely not your Momma's Grilled Cheese.

Featured in this blog are their Slow cooked Chianti Short Ribs served on Smoked Gouda Grits & topped with glazed shredded Carrots, a Fresh Spring Mix Salmon Salad, their infamous Barbeque Shrimp served atop Mashed Yukon Golds & topped with crisped fried onions (The BBQ sauce is Texas style & made from scratch each week), The Ocean Grill consisting of Grilled Salmon with Tiger Shrimp and asparagus atop Ginger Saffron Rice.
